What Ladies are saying about Dance Your Yoga

“Entering the dark room, only illuminated by soft pink and red lights, gave me a place of belonging. The workout was fluid and suggestive in sync with beautiful music.
Cathy was an inspiring teacher, with perfect moves and self awareness. Loved that class !

“Our first Dance Your Yoga class was an intimate and beautiful experience! I felt so connected to my body as it moved slowly to the rhythms of the sultry music. Thank you for creating a safe space to embrace this new experience”
