I am able to draw upon the breathing, the yoga poses, and the meditation practices that I have learned and practised over the years with Cathy whenever I need to calm myself down, or just relax. Yoga at Reach has connected me to a wonderful, like-minded community and I feel empowered to share my learning and spread the good word.
